1. How is technical support service provided?

As a software and hardware vendor, Armon Technology provides support services through dealers and business partners. When an end-user faces a problem, incident or query a ticket is opened on the Armon service desk by the partner and the status is followed up with the end-user by them. In case the partner cannot solve the support case, the related support request is directed to Armon Technology support team.


2. I can't get through the access control point. What could be the reason?

You should contact your system administrator to check your authorization rights.


3. Where can we access the training content prepared for users?

On our Youtube channel all training contents can be see. You can access the channel via 


4. Are your software and hardware systems KVKK compliant?

All our personal data processing activities are in compliance with Turkish legislation and are KVKK compliant.


5. How can I follow the sages of installation  when mounting Armon devices?
